Human body needs the supply of food for the normal functioning of all the organs. The food that has all the vitamins and minerals is very good for health and will help to boost the energy.
The proteins and vitamins are the vital sources that will help to maintain the body in a healthy way. The hair also needs the vitamins and the minerals for a good growth. As we stress on the growth of the hair, similarly maintaining the color of the hair is also important.
PABA is the vitamin that belongs to the B complex family and it is very essential retaining the hair color. The deficiency of this can result in the graying of hair. These are mainly found in liver, kidney, whole grain and in yeast.
The other main kind of vitamin is the Inositol which is also a member of the vitamin B. This mainly occurs in the brain, muscles, liver, and kidneys and also in eyes. The deficiency of this vitamin will result in baldness in males. Hence, male individuals need to take double amount of Inositol compared to females. Inositol is also responsible for the reduction of cholesterol in blood.
Apart from this vitamin, there is also other vitamin called as Biotin which is also a B complex vitamin that will stop the excess of hair fall. The Biotin is also responsible for the black color of the hair. This is mostly found in the yolk of eggs, liver, milk, yeast and kidney. Biotin supplement will help for the growth of long, black and healthy hair.
