Hair loss is caused due to various reasons; either it can be caused by genetic conditions or temporary conditions which can be related to nutritional deficiency, pollution, environmental changes or psychological factors.
Some herbs will help in the growth of hair. Here are some effective herbs which are helpful for hair re growth and reduce hair loss.
Aloe Vera: aloe Vera helps in reducing skin irritation and helps to maintain PH level of the skin in a balanced way which is on the skin. It promotes the functioning of sebaceous glands and also avoids dryness of hair. Dryness is caused due to dandruff, if people suffer with dandruff problem then they will definitely face hair loss problem. Aloe Vera when applied to the hair will help to promote hair growth and acts as the best conditioner for hair.
Ginkgo Biloba: This is an herb which helps to improve blood circulation on the scalp. People who have dry skin and experience hair loss can use this herb which will work very effectively. This herb will help to nourish the scalp, provides nutrition, improve the texture of the hair, and reduce the dryness. This herb contains anti-oxidants which increases the working of nervous system and promotes natural hair.
Saw palmetto: this herb will block the DTH which in turn prevent hair loss. This drug contains androgen compounds which will help in reducing hair loss problem.
